By participating in this Zumba class, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily engaging in physical exercise and dance fitness activities that involve inherent risks.

These risks may include muscle strains, sprains, falls, dizziness, dehydration, or other physical injury.

I understand it is my responsibility to participate safely, listen to my body, and consult a physician before participating if appropriate.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release the instructor, facility, and affiliated parties from liability arising from participation, including ordinary negligence.
